Most of our items are made to order. Bikinis/Monokinis,Shorts,Sets & tops take approximately 4-10 business days for construction.   Items are then shipped. We are located in Toronto, Canada where everything is  designed, manufactured and shipped .

Please check with your countries customs costs, if an order needs to be shipped in 2 packages to save customs costs that can be done.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.  Please note that shipping times are only approximate  and are out of our control.

Please allow yourself enough time for the items to be shipped.

Shipping times within Canada and U.S. vary from 2 days up to 2 weeks. All international items take at least 2 weeks for standard shipping but again depending on the postal service can take longer.

Some countries may charge tax or duties when you buy from another country. Sweet Vixen Couture is not responsible for these charges.

All items and shipping are in CANADIAN Dollars using Canada Post.

U.S.A.

- $7.00 for the first item and $2.50 for additions items(small package-no tracking)

EXPEDITED -includes tracking & insurance ( $12.00 for the first item and $1.00 for additions items.(4- 8 days)

FED-EX U.S. $23.00 flat rate

Rest of the World- $10.00 for the first item and $3.00 for addition items

                          WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale orders can take up to 4 weeks to manufacture depending on the size of the order.

Shipping prices for wholesale will depend on quantity and location and are calculated at checkout.

ONTARIO = $15.00 + 50c per item

The rest of CANADA=$20 + 50c per item

U.S. $23.00 +50c per item

The rest of the world wholesale

It will be calculated automatically before checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged within two weeks of the listed shipping date if the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

* No returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Please email us at info@sweetvixencouture.com for authorization prior to returning your item for exchange.

**The item MUST be in its original packaging with the tags still attached. We regret that we will not accept exchanges on any garments with tags removed, even if you have not worn the item.

To ensure the best fit, and avoid return shipping costs, please double check the sizing measurements provided against your own measurements before ordering. Remember: a few seconds spent getting an accurate measurement now can save you the time, money and trouble to exchange your shorts later!

There are no returns on special orders or custom work.

Then, as soon as you receive your items and before removing the tags, please try on your new clothing over your undergarments, in case you need to do an exchange.
